Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our professional home organizing services. After you’ve booked with us, you must review our terms of service. We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your home session. Please review our deposit and cancellation policy outlined below:
Deposit Requirement:
When booking to secure your organizing session, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your session.
To confirm your appointment, the client must pay the deposit within the timeframe specified by our booking procedures. Usually, this is done over the phone after the consultation.
Payment for Services:
The remaining balance for the services provided will be due after the organizing session.
The accepted payment methods will be communicated to you during the booking process.
Payment forms accepted are Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and Cash.
Communication:
Open and transparent communication is essential. Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me directly via phone. Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice or notify me on the morning of the session before the scheduled session to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of $10.00.
The cancellation fee can be waived based on the circumstances or if rescheduling is needed for the cancellation and at the discretion of the professional home organizer.
Deposit Refund:
Deposits are non-refundable in most circumstances, except at the discretion of the professional home organizer.
If you cancel or reschedule within the allowed timeframe, your deposit will be applied toward a future organizing session if scheduled within a month.
Rescheduling Options:
Clients who wish to reschedule their home sessions and provide 24-hour notice may do so without a cancellation fee, provided they provide at least 24-hour notice.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy in unique or extenuating circumstances with the form of some proof.
